Honor Guard

Members:

Cdr. John Courtney has served with the Randolph Police Department since 1980.  He is a member of the Honor Guard and currently serves as the Training Officer as well as the Firearms Licensing Officer. 

Cdr. Arthur Sullivan has served with the Randolph Police Department since 1980.  He is a member of the Honor Guard and currently serves as the Detective Lieutenant in charge of Detectives. 

Lt. John Hamelburg has served with the Randolph Police Department since 1986.  He is a member of the Honor Guard and currently works with the public when information is requested in regards to Sex Offenders. 

Sgt. David Avery has served with the Randolph Police Department since 1986.  He has been a member of the Honor Guard for 15 years and currently serves as the supervisor of the R.A.D. program and is the Domestic Violence Officer.  Detective Sergeant Avery made detective in 1997 and currently serves as one of the Detective Supervisors. 

Sgt. Anthony Marag has served with the Randolph Police Department since 1996.  He is currently a member of the Honor Guard and was promoted to Sergant in 2008. 

Sgt. Richard Hughes has been a member of the Honor Guard for 7 years.  He has served with the Randolph Police since 1997 and was promoted to Sergeant in 2010.  Sgt. Hughes is also the coordinator of the Citizen's Police Academy, a Defensive Tactics/Firearms Instructor and the Supervisor of the Senior Outreach Unit. 

Sgt. Robert Legrice has served with the Randolph Police Department since 1993.  He is currently a member of the Honor Guard and was promoted to Sergeant in 2010. 

Det. Jason Fisher has served with the Randolph Police Department since 1997.  He is currently a member of the Honor Guard and made Detective in 2005. 

Sgt. Melissa McCormick has been a proud member of the Honor Guard for 5 years.  In this capacity, it has been her honor to pay respect to fallen law enforcement officers, military personnel, and civilians alike.  Det. McCormick has been a police officer with the Town of Randolph for the past 7 years and looks forward to serving the town for the rest of her career. 

Ptl. Michael Beal has served with the Randolph Police Department since 1987.  He is currently a member of the Honor Guard. 

Ptl. Kevin Donnelly has served with the Randolph Police Department since 1999.  He is currently a member of the Honor Guard and the department's Motorcycle Unit.
